She took me to two closings, and never broke a sweat even when we ran across a couple of issues during the closing process.
Finally, and in my mind almost more importantly, In 2019, Vicki and her husband helped me through a difficult time in my life. I decided that I was going to try again to move to SSI. I found a rental there, and I did not want to travel between Cumming and SSI. Yes, I decided again to sell my home. Vicki and her husband took care of many, many things with the home so that I did not have to leave SSI. They waited for a builder’s rep, made repairs, and even got rid of unwanted items for me. Vicki went above and beyond the call of duty because she wanted to make life easier for me. I was going through a divorce and needed as much support as I could get. There are times in our lives when people come into our lives who make it possible for us to survive. Vicki was one of those people for me. The home sold quickly, again for a desirable price.
